My stay at the hotel in Ha Long Bay had its ups and downs. On one hand, the room was spacious and offered a nice view, which I really appreciated. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially concerning the breakfast variety. I also encountered significant challenges with the service, particularly due to language barriers, which made communication frustrating.
